Hualai Privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hualai handles information when you use the app for photo-based creative planning, session management, premium coin actions, and local visual organization.
Hualai is designed with a local-first workflow. Most app content, including imported photos, notes, sessions, generated outputs, and coin balance records, is stored on your device rather than on our servers.

Coin purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. We do not collect your full payment card information. Apple may process transaction details according to Apple’s own privacy and billing terms.
The app may locally store purchase state, transaction-related identifiers, and coin delivery status in order to prevent duplicate coin delivery and preserve purchase integrity.
Hualai may request access to device capabilities when needed for app features or compliance flows, such as photo access, camera access, microphone access, local network permission, and tracking authorization. Each request is handled through Apple’s standard system permission interface.
You may deny permissions, but certain features may not function as intended if access is not granted.
On supported versions of iOS, Hualai may request tracking authorization through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Your choice is controlled by the system prompt and can be changed later in iOS Settings where available.
Data created inside Hualai is generally kept on your device until you remove it, uninstall the app, reset the app data, or the app overwrites local state as part of normal feature use. Because the app relies on local storage, deleting the app may remove locally stored content unless you have separately backed it up.
We do not sell your personal information. Hualai does not intentionally share your locally stored creative materials with third parties, except where platform services provided by Apple are involved in permissions, billing, or standard app operation.
We aim to protect app integrity through local storage controls and standard iOS protections. However, no software environment is completely risk free, and you remain responsible for securing access to your device.
Hualai is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your region. If you believe a child has provided information through the app inappropriately, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are material, the updated version will replace the current version inside the app or app package and will include a revised effective date.
